"My children are a bit older, (11,7,5) and I wondered if these food flasks would be big enough to cater to their appetites, but I was absolutely surprised with how much you can pack in these! I can fit an entire pack of noodles, an entire pack of easy mac and about 6 nuggets, for reference. My kids love them and don't struggle to get food out (this was my other concern, with having a smaller opening). I'd definitely re purchase to have some for weekends and extras on wash days! Amazing."
