Q. How to asseble/disassemble
A. It’s easy let us walk you though it: First, unscrew the lid, then open the push button lid and pull the straw out of the silicone mouthpiece. Then, push the silicone mouthpiece out of the lid. To reassemble, insert the silicone mouthpiece into the lid until it is pulled all the way through, then push the straw into the base of the silicone mouthpiece. Finally, screw the lid back on — and you’re all set!
Q. What grade of stainless steel? Are they lead free?
A. We use food grade 304 stainless steel in our stainless steel products. All our products are tested by a global independent testing body to international standards. Test reports confirm that there are no traces of BPA, Phthalates, PVC, lead or heavy metals detected in our products.
Q. My insulated drink bottle is leaking - what should I do?
A. Our insulated drink bottle is only leakproof when the push button lid is shut. Liquid can leak from the small pressure hole and silicone mouthpiece when the lid is left open, and the bottle is tipped on an angle/upside down. If it seems to be leaking when the push button lid is shut, please ensure all parts are inserted correctly; by removing both the mouthpiece & straw from the lid and reinserting it to make sure the mouthpiece is pulled all the way through.
Q. How do I clean the insulated drink bottle? Are they dishwasher safe?
A. Yes, our insulated drink bottle is dishwasher safe. Unscrew the lid from the bottle and remove the silicone mouthpiece & straw, then place the components on the top rack.
For licensed print products, hand washing is recommended to keep the design looking its best. Hand wash in warm soapy water. Air dry completely before reassembling.
Q. The push button on my insulated drink bottle lid is not working - what should I do?
A. The push button only works when the silicone mouthpiece is inserted correctly into the lid. Please ensure all parts are inserted correctly; by removing both the mouthpiece & straw from the lid and reinserting it to make sure the mouthpiece is pulled all the way through.
Q. Is the insulated drink bottle sterilization safe?
A. While the lid and straw are steam, microwave, boiling water and UV sterilizer safe, the bottle is not.
