Q. How to assemble/disassemble
A. It’s easy, let us walk you though it..
First, unscrew the lid and flip open the lid spout. Then simply remove the handle, straw, o-ring and straw connector from the lid.
To reassemble, flip open the lid spout and insert the o-ring by making sure the o-ring is level with the groove on the inside of the lid and not twisted. Then push the middle of the o-ring into the small hole in the lid. Next, insert the handle, straw connector and the straw into the straw conector and finally, screw the lid back on — and you’re all set!
Q. How do I clean the insulated drink bottle? Are they dishwasher safe?
A. Yes, our insulated flip top bottle is dishwasher safe. Unscrew the lid from the bottle and remove the handle, straw, o-ring and straw connector. Then place the components on the top rack, including the lid making sure the lids flip top spout is open. The bottle can go on the bottom rack.
For licensed print products, hand washing is recommended to keep the design looking its best. Hand wash in warm soapy water. Air dry completely before reassembling.
Q. My insulated flip top bottle is leaking - what should I do?
A. Our insulated flip top drink bottle is only leakproof when the flip lid is shut. Liquid can leak from the small pressure hole and mouthpiece when the lid is left open, and the bottle is tipped on an angle/upside down. If it seems to be leaking when the flip lid is shut, please ensure all parts are inserted correctly; by removing the straw, o-ring and straw connector from the lid and reinserting then. Make sure the o-ring is level with the groove on the inside of the lid and not twisted, then push the middle of the o-ring into the small hole in the lid.
Q. Is the insulated flip top bottle BPA free and food safe?
A. Yes. The b.box insulated flip top bottle is food safe and BPA free. Always.
Q. Is the insulated flip top bottle sterilization safe?
A. While the lid is steam, microwave and boiling water sterilizer safe, the bottle and other components are not.
